How to install & activate
Step 1: Install AntiCC 5.9 | OneDrive | Backup | Backup2
Step 2: Drag the Install file into Application.
Then open terminal and run the following command:
xattr -cr /Applications/Install.appStep 3: Go to Application > Right click on the Install file, select Open > Select Install to install as usual.
Step 4 (Important): After installation, do not run P4tcher but open Character Animator 2024. A Login screen will appear like this:
Select Login with Google (or Apple, Facebook whatever). It’s okay to use an expired account. After logging in, it will display the “Let’s get you…” screen, then close the application.
NOTE:
The login account should have a Location of US. To be sure, you go to adobe.com and register a new account, while registering note the following:
- Country/Region: United States
- Date of birthday: >18 yearsStep 5: run the P4tcher file and you’re done. To avoid affecting other software, while installing note these 2 places
app crash cant open
After installing everything my application is still in Starter mode. Pro mode requires paying. Should this unlock by itself or is there something missing from the instructions? I’m logged to my account when installing the patch. I even tried partially follow the second instructions and went to the page where you are supposed to select the type of license you want to purchase but to no effect. My app is still locked to the free starter mode.Any help will be appreciated.
Make sure you have uninstalled all previously installed versions. I tested it on a brand new Mac device and it still works. You can try::
1. Uninstall the Creative Cloud apps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
2. Then uninstall everything Creative Cloud including preferences: https://swupmf.adobe.com/webfeed/CleanerTool/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg
3. Restart your computer (don’t skip this)
4. Reinstall the AntiCC
5. Finally follow the instructions to install Adobe Illustrator 2024
I did all of this and still no luck. I tried activating other adobe apps and they worked. I’m only struggling with Character animator:( After applying the patch app opens in starter mode. Pro mode requires paying. Did you do anything else aparat from the patch? Did it start in pro mode? My account is created with USA as location, all adobe references were purged prior installation, even rebooted per your advice.
