By Tool to flash ROM for all OPPO / Realme SPD chips (no account required)
This is a tool used to flash ROM for OPPO / Realme models using SpreadTrum CPU (SPD), the ROM will be in the form “.PAC”. I will compile the ROM later.

How to
Step 1: Download ROM and TOOL > extract
Step 2: Copy all files in the folder “Tool_Flash_SPD_2023_Phamgiang“
Step 3: Paste into the folder containing the PAC file, click copy and overwrite everything
Step 4: Open the SWD_UserRomUpgrade tool > click the green checkbox in the left corner of the screen and turn off the TOOL
Step 5: Open the tool again and report an error of not finding the .PAC file > click OK
Step 6: Click on the Setting icon (⚙️) to select the path to the .PAC file > wait 5-10 minutes to decompress depending on the size of the .PAC file
Step 7: Turn off the phone > hold Volume Up or Down (depending on the device) to enter Download
Step 8: DONE
