HOW TO FLASH:
- Download and extra rom
- Reboot device to Droidboot (Press & hold POWER + Vol UP)
- Connect to PC and run flashall.bat in ROM folder
- Wait about 5-10′ > DONE.

Looks like you’re having a trouble in computer and phone connection….IMHO.
Try to check and make sure the computer can recognize and connected your phone.
