ROM 1:
If your phone is suspended logo or software error, but can go into fastboot mode then use (WW_ZC554KL-14.2016.1711.215-20171115.zip). Reboot device to Fastboot mode (press Vol Up + Power), then download and extra firmware. Final, run flashall_AFT.bat in the folder. Waiting and done 😀
ROM 2:
If your phone is bricked, you can use this firmware (QL1516_Userdebug_S121_1706031330_factory.rar). Reboot device to Edl mode (press Vol Up + Down and connect to PC), flash with QFIL tool or DownloadTool
which stock room is it?
Because there are so many versions.
Do all have to be installed?

Hi. first of all, I wanna thank you for sharing this. I messed up my X00ID phone and it’s totally hard bricked. I followed your Option 2 but I keep getting an Sahara Fail error on QFIL. I’m also not familiar with using DownloadTool. I usually don’t do this but I’m really desperate for help. If possible, could you perhaps upload a step-by-step tutorial for Option 2? It would really mean a lot and I’ll look for ways to give back to you or donate. Thank you so much.

i flash my phone 10 time no matter i install old version or new update it’s just not working

Hi, I have been trying to do option 1 and 2. My phone is totally bricked. Option gave me a factory debug rom. Then I can’t unlock the bootloader, I decided to live with it but the apps keep on quitting. Tried to flash the .zip from stock recovery but still no avail. So far my phone only accepts QFIL flash. Is there any QFIL firmware that has ZENUI? or is there any other option for me to flash a zenui ROM? Thanks

I faced same problem here, but solved moving entire folder a few levels above, so that the total lenght of each folder name becomes shorter. Works for me, when running BAT file again, the problem is gone.
