Stock ROM / Firmware for OnePlus 9RT

The term “Stock ROM” or “Firmware” refers to the pre-installed version of the operating system by the device manufacturer. It is the original firmware that accompanies a device and can be utilized to restore it to its default settings.

OnePlus 9RT Stock Firmware is beneficial for resolving various issues including being stuck on the logo screen, FRP lock, entering fastboot mode, encountering a blank or white display after flashing, recovery failure, and device malfunction after flashing. It’s important to note that Stock ROMs are usually specific to a particular device and cannot be used interchangeably among different devices.

Prerequisites & Preparation

  • Backup Data: Flashing will completely wipe all data on your device. Back up important files and settings before proceeding.
  • Battery Level: Ensure your device has at least 50% battery to prevent shutdown during the flashing process.
  • USB Driver & Tools: Install the correct USB drivers for your brand and prepare the flashing tool (Odin for Samsung, SP Flash Tool/QPST for Qualcomm/MTK, etc.).

How to Flash Firmware / Stock ROM

To flash the stock firmware on your Oneplus device using Online Service Tool (OST LA), follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the Nokia USB Drivers on your computer.
  2. Download and install the Online Service Tool (OST LA) (preferably the patched version).
  3. Extract the downloaded stock ROM firmware (usually in .nb0 or .mlf format).
  4. Launch OnlineUpdateTool.exe from the installation directory (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\OST LA).
  5. Power off your device completely. Hold the Volume Down button and connect the device to the computer via USB cable to enter Download Mode (Fastboot Mode).
  6. In OST LA, click the browse button (…) and select the extracted firmware file (.nb0 or .mlf).
  7. Click the Next button.
  8. Wait for the flashing process to complete. The device will automatically reboot once finished.
